Character design / Urchy

In this image you see the evolution of my character 'Urchy'. This creature is based on a sea urchin, an animal that can stick to rocks during heavy currents. Urchy works for the Calusa people to get their food (sea weed) out of the water. If he doesn't work fast and efficient, he becomes part of the menu.

I made several designs, (evolution from left to right). Which one do you like most?
